Product Description
Main of the machine is consist of Upper roller, Lower roller and level moving, Carrier roller, Main driving device, Overset device, Left and Right frames, Base pallet, Balance device.
W11S series upper roller universal Rolling Machine can pre-bending and rolling to proceed the plate, with high rolling precision, no need to use any subsidiary equipment, less investment.
This machine is hydraulic three rollers machine, it used to roll the low carbon steel (such as Q235-B,20g,20R), and Low alloy steel to cycle shape in normal temperature.
The upper roller can be moved horizontal and level.
When cycle, to bring two lower rollers running through motor and reducer.
Because the standard height of lower roller is unchanged, it is convenience to feeding and operating.
Using environment of the machine:temperature-5~40°C;wet≤80%;
Note: When this equipment is rolling the Cone tube, it is 1/3 of the symmetric capable( if need cone device, should add extra cost)
3-1 ,Upper roller
Upper roller is made up with Main oil cylinder, Bearing set of up roller, Upper roller, Double lines shafts and so on.
Two oil cylinders offer the pressure for rolling the plate. And main working pressure is 19.5 MPa .
The material of upper roller is 42CrMo, adopts HB260~300 (roughing processing), intermediate frequency quench.
3-2,Bottom roller and horizontal move device
Bottom roller includes bottom roller, bearing set of bottom roller, bottom input gear, bottom slide bearing and so on.
The material of lower roller is 45#steel, adopts HB260~300.
The horizontal move motor offers the power for the horizontal move device. And the upper roller is driven to roll by worm gear worm bearing box, worm gear worm bearing, and screw nut system, with lower roller, to roll the steel plate with asymmetric rolling.
Bottom roller’s main transmission offers power by output and input gears and open type transmission torque to bottom rollers.
3-3 ,Carrier roller
Carrier roller includes carrier roller, bearing seat and so on.
Its material is 45#steel, with remembering treatment and heat treatment of HB190-220. Surface hardness of it is lower than the button roller.
There are four rollers, one unit. We can adjust them up and down according to the plate’s burden. If you find the gap between the two edges of the rolling plate is too big, then the carrier roller needs to be adjusted up.
3-4 ,Main driving device
It includes main motor, triangle belt, column gear reduction box, electric-hydraulic driver and so on.
Main motor can normal and obverse run. And it provides power for rolling plate. Hydraulic braking device is dependably and with high precision.
3-5 ,Overset device
It includes overset cylinder and so on. Oversets device is easy for taking out the working pieces along the side of the roller axis.
3-6 ,Fix, frame of overset side and basic plate
Frame of fixed and overset side, basic plate are all of welded steel plate. After welding, it can get rid of stress.
The frame of fixed and overset sides is used for installing the main oil cylinder.
