W12 series working principle:                                                                                       
1.The top roller makes rotation movement drove by hydraulic moto
2.The down roller makes rotation drove by hydraulic motor as well as making up-down movement drove by hydraulic cylinder.
3.The side rollers make arc swing movement drove by hydraulic oil cylinder.
The standard equipment of  4-roller plate bending machine:                                     
-Cone bending device
-Inductino hardened rolls
-Digital display for both side rollers
-Machine body is steel (Stainless steel-45) construction
-Separate control panel
-All rollers mounted in bearing 
-Drop end controlled from control panel in order to release easily bent metal sheet and lifted upper rolls
-Center rolls are driven with hydraulic motor and panetary gearbox.

Hydraulic System:                                                                                                         Hydraulic system provides power to lift bottom and side rollers through driving cylinders, also controls tilting cylinder up and down. The hydraulic system works reliable with reasonable design. In order to guarantee oil clean, system is equipped with oil sucking & returning filters with high accuracy. The radial quick joints particularly used in metallurgical & mining are applied in the hydraulic pipes and valves to avoid leaking.
