QDLN4 series Booster Pump is used for variable frequency Pump constant pressure system.When the water from the water pipe system enters the steady flow tank, the air in the tank is discharged from the vacuum eliminator. When the water is full, the vacuum eliminator closes automatically.When the pressure of the water supply system meets the water demand, the system directly supplies water to the water supply system by the bypass Check Valve .When the tap water system cannot meet the demand, the pressure signal of the system is fed back to the frequency conversion controller by the pressure sensor, and the water pump runs, and the speed is automatically adjusted according to the size of the water consumption to achieve constant pressure water supply. If the running water pump reaches the power frequency speed, another water pump will be started.When the water pump is supplying water, if the water quantity of the water pipe system is larger than the water pump flow, the system will supply water normally;If the amount of water is insufficient at the peak of water use, then the water in the steady flow tank can be used as a supply for the normal water use of the system. At this time, the water from the air eliminator enters the steady flow tank and the vacuum is destroyed to ensure that the system will not generate negative pressure. The vacuum is destroyed and the system returns to normal after the peak of water use.
